Grobina Wind Farm is Purchased by Estonian Company Utilitas
The Board of Privato Aktivu Parvalde Ltd. (PAP) has decided to sell the investment in the renewable energy wind farm to Utilitas Wind OÜ, a Utilitas Energy Group company from Estonia.

Through its subsidiary SIA "INPO 21", "Privāto aktīvu pārvalde" has indirectly made significant investments in multi-sector holding company MULTI CAPITAL HOLDINGS (MCH) whose main investments are currently associated with fields of transit and real estate.
In March this year INPO 17 company LAP1R, the largest stockholder at JSC "Liepājas Autobusu parks" (hereinafter - LAP), as a result of mandatory repurchase of shares increased its capital share in LAP to close to 60 percent.
