Business investment in a Wind farmproducing electricity from renewable energy resources
The PAP Company “INPO 24” Ltd. holds 100% capital shares of this investment.
Currently, INPO 24 owns one of the largest wind farms in the Baltic Sates in the Grobiņa and Medze Parishes, the Liepāja Region. PAP sees a long-term investment potential in the development of the electricity sector and energy production from renewable energy resources. PAP hopes the state energy industry policy in the foreseeable future will fulfill expectations of the long-term development of this investment.
At the end of 2007 PAP coompany INPO 5 bought 100% of capital shares of Rets Investīcijas from the former owners of the company. “Rets Investīcijas” was operating as a holding company of the Wind farm. Following the reorganization of “Rets Investīcijas” and INPO 5, today INPO 24 directly controls the assets of the Wind farm.
The amount of electricity produced and sold by the Wind farm reached 39 029 MWh in 2017.
